Apart from the general stuff, if we look at the pandemic from our perspective, we students had(initially) and still have to face lot of difficulties, such as online lectures to online exams everything has become online. Now at the beginning we all thought that since it’s online hence it’s easy but no, it became even more difficult for us to take time for individual aspects of our life. One such aspect is the Physical Health.
Being physically healthy is as important as studying/working. Physical fitness does not just increase your skills in a physical aspect but also helps improve your mental health. Let’s now look at some tips to be physically fit:

Most of us have skipped breakfast throughout our school life, it is actually very unhealthy. Breakfast is a nutritious way to start out your day. Eating breakfast refuels your body, enhances your mood, improves your concentration, helps you maintain a healthy weight, and is the foundation of a healthy diet. Eating a healthy breakfast can be quick and easy, and provide you with benefits that last the entire day. It boosts your metabolism first thing in the morning. It curbs your hunger, prevents binge eating later in the day, and stabilizes your blood sugar. In addition, eating a fiber-rich breakfast helps you fill up and keeps you full for longer so that you do consume extra calories throughout the day.
Exercise
The importance of exercise lies in the fact that it’s the best thing which can keep us away from doctors for a very long time. Nearly a third of children aged two to 18 are now classed as either overweight or obese. So it’s more important than ever to get active. Physical activity has a number of benefits.

Ditching electronics before sleep
It’s the bedtime routine for so many of us: Hop into the pajamas, flip the lights off, crawl into bed and then… reach for the cell phone.
Yes, we’re all guilty of it. And hey, you may even find yourself guilty of it right now while reading this article. But since you’re here, you might as well soak up this useful knowledge — then go to bed!
