How to increase your memorizing power?

Welcome to the modern world problems, where we do things this second and forget the other. Where keeping up with what’s going around is tough?

Listen, You’re not alone in this. More than half of the world is facing the same kind of problem that you’re right now. And it’s quite normal tbh, to forget things is not a crime but rather a problem with your own self, and that’s why you’re here.

Today we’ll see how we can increase our ability to retain or in short increase our memory power. I have classified it into several points.

  • Reduce Stress

You can meditate every day for around 10–15 mins to reduce stress and anxiety. Stress and Anxiety prevent us from doing anything and to counter that part, we should practice yoga and calm ourselves down.

Well, you can even practice yoga which is dedicated to sharpening the memory as it gives clearance and chill.

  • Carry a notepad

Try to carry a notepad with you wherever you go. You can even start your day by noting down a few things that you need to complete by the end of the day and working according to them.

Or whenever you learn something, you can highlight a few points in such a way that when it comes to revision, It’ll be very easy for you.

  • Get a good sleep

Another modern world problem is that we people don’t sleep at all. That last Instagram reel or that youtube video or her text never comes to an end, and we just end up scrolling for hours and hours.

  • Get Organized

Yes, we’re giving you your mommy’s vibe, totally. “Organize yourself!!!”

Yes, you need to, It is kinda related to stress itself, clumsiness gives you stress back off the head. So you need to declutter your life a little.

And yeah! Don’t stress too much about your stress problem too, start with baby steps, and make them count. Eat Almonds and try getting up early Lmao. And it’s fine to suck at a few things, memory can be one of them but that doesn’t mean that you can’t even try it off.
