Welcome to the never-ending debate that is still going on in 2022 and I guess, it will never end xD. Who are you? An Introvert or an Extrovert or an Ambivert? Let’s find out.

To figure out who you actually are, you need to check out these questions.

  • Do you feel social interaction is tiring?
  • Do you enjoy spending time alone?
  • Do you like talking to people one to one or to a group?
  • Is the center of attention your thing?

If your answer to all these questions is a yes, chances are that you’re an Introvert but if your answer is a no, there are chances that you turn out to be an Extrovert.

Well, we’re still not clear with the definition of an Introvert or an Extrovert. This picture is not just black and white, you can fall anywhere in between.

According to the dictionary definition — An Introvert is a person who is shy. Well, today things have still changed.

An Introvert is NOT the person

  • Who is shy
  • Socially awkward
  • Less confidence
  • Bad communicator
  • Lonely

It doesn’t mean that you’re an Introvert so you must be having all these qualities.

Does it mean that to be successful you need to be an Extrovert?

Noooo! There are a number of people who deliver public speeches and still like to vibe alone.

The very famous and successful people who identify as an Introvert, like Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Elon Musk, Emma Watson and many more.

Being an Introvert good in 2022?

Well, we can say that the number of people who identify themselves as introverts has certainly increased due to the effect of social media. As a society we’re moving towards the virtual conversation instead of the real one. But in our lives, we often comes across many situations where we often have to gather people and talk to them in person. And that set is very different in terms of talking to people.

What should you do?

Well, it’s you and your personality who likes to fit in what set. You might like to travel alone but party with a lot of people, just don’t let society transform you in their way. As a person it is totally up to you who you want to be, you can be an Introvert, an Extrovert, or an Ambivert.

What’s an Ambivert?

Ambivert is who lies in between, literally. Above where I mentioned the person who might like to travel alone but party hard with people can be an Ambivert.

So it’s your call who do you want to be, don’t let anyone judge who you’re. You can live a happy and successful life in both ways.
