“The fear is simply because you are not living with life, You are living in your mind.” -SADHGURU

“ The more you identify with your mind, the further away you are from yourself.”

Music can heal wounds that medicine cannot touch.

Given the deep connection we have with music, it is perhaps unsurprising that numerous studies have shown it can benefit our mental health. Researchers are finding that the health benefits of music may go beyond mental health, and as a result, some health experts are calling for music therapy to be more widely incorporated into health care settings.

One good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain. Distraction is an effective pain reliever, and a new study concludes that listening to music can be effective for reducing pain in high-anxiety persons who can easily become absorbed in cognitive activities.

Occupy yourself into joy.

Now and then it’s useful to have an approach to occupy yourself with cheerful, positive, sound other options. Things like intercession, moving, working out, learning an instrument, sewing, drawing, and painting can separate you from the issues enough to close down the over-analysis.

Acknowledge your best.

The dread that grounds overthinking is regularly situated in feeling that you’re not adequate — not savvy enough or persevering enough or devoted enough. Whenever you’ve put forth a valiant effort, acknowledge it accordingly and realize that, while achievement may depend to some degree on certain things you can’t handle, you’ve done what you could do.

Change your perspective on dread.

Regardless of whether you’re apprehensive in light of the fact that you’ve fizzled previously, or you’re unfortunate of attempting or overgeneralizing some other disappointment, recall that since things didn’t work out before doesn’t imply that must be the result without fail. Keep in mind, each chance is a fresh start, a spot to begin once more.

According to Murphy’s law: “Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.” So we should take life easy because the problem will come obviously and if we only think and think about it, the problem will not be solved. We should stay strong and face the problem bravely

All suffering of the mind is from identifying with thoughts, if you do not attach & identify with them, you will not suffer. You will just observe them for your true essence.

Once you are fully present at this moment there is no overthinking or suffering. Overthinking comes from thinking about the past which is just memories and the future is your imagination. Stay present

And if there’s something academic that leads to this, we’re there for you :)
