Beta 10th aur 12th karle, uske baad aish hi aish hai! Welcome to another blog written on the situation of students. Why do you ask? Well, this is the only time you get to hear this sentence in every other house.

Students have gone crazy, with the amount of stress that has been put on them. No one can study 24/7. It is important to take a break every once in a while.

But more than that, it is important to learn how to deal with this stress, appropriately and effectively so that you can focus on what needs to be done at the moment and not on the future.

Where is all this coming from?

The answer to this one is pretty simple. From everywhere! You are not new to this fact, but still let us list down the places, you just can’t say no to, when talking about receiving stress from there:

A. Friends

B. Family and relatives

C. Yourself

Yes, your friends, the ones studying alongside you are one of the biggest reasons. Because even before starting our studies, what we want to know is (Tera Kitna Hua Bhai?) which is wrong.

Now, everyone wants the best for themselves, so if you hear them saying that are almost done with the course or something of that sort, half of your morale comes down then and there only.

Family and Relatives

Relatives are the ones who care about our results, more than we do. Even our parents have pressurized us for getting marks.

Now you taking stress for yourself are nowhere wrong at all. You do have some hopes for yourself too right? But the problem here is that it just gets aggravated with friends and family over your head.

How do slow down?

See, we understand that dealing with all of this at once is tough. First things first, you are preparing for yourself and not anyone else.

So treat them like the last song on your Spotify playlist. Now coming to you, what should you do to keep the stress levels at a bare minimum?

Here are a few things which would help you out –

A. Plan things out

B. Keep a study pattern

Now, suppose you have your exam in 5 days and 10 chapters are there. So they will seem like a lot until they are in the book.

But once you pen it down, you will realize that there would be a few you already know, a few you can do easily, and only a few that need more time than the others for preparation.

When you can see what needs to be done, with clarity, you will be much more focused and confident while preparing for the same.

Every student has a unique pattern of studying. The key is to recognize it and use it to your advantage. Some study the best during the day, while some at night.

Once you know when you can study the best, just implement your plan at that very moment and you are all set.
