OMG, there’s a meeting at 9, and why I’m watching this stupid cat video? Have I completed all my tasks? OH NO! I’m definitely not gonna have a good day today, and then sadness intensifies.
This is what we’re living in, Welcome to 21st Cen, my friend. Where all matters are result and hunger. Hunger to become the best, YES, we all are in that race. And sometimes, we sometimes step on ourselves and fall down heavily, Yes, our breakdowns.

Life has just become so restless for us, Notifications, meetings, and those assignments. We all are tied up and sometimes all we need is a break, just a pause to realize everything all around us.

The first step is to Declutter your life. Declutter in a sense, remove all the things that don’t make any significant value in your life for some time. tbh, clutter is stressful and a total headache. It’s almost impossible to find items when you need them. And, it occupies your mind from getting stuff done. How can you focus on your work when that stack of paper is dying for your attention?

Is your Instagram distracting you? A new reel that won’t add any value to your life? Or that trending cat dancing video?

Or maybe, you tied yourself up with a lot of commitments that is just ideally possible to accomplish

Reduce Stress

“Stress is really how your body and brain respond to challenges, such as pressure at work, the pandemic, increasing family responsibility, other negative experiences that may impact and create stress,” says David Shurtleff, PhD, deputy director of the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health.

You can meditate every day for around 10–15 mins to reduce stress and anxiety. Stress and Anxiety prevent us from doing anything and to counter that part, we should practice yoga and calm ourselves down.

Well, you can even practice yoga which is dedicated to sharpening the memory as it gives clearance and chill. Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Expand your stomach as you breathe in and contract it as you exhale.

Get yourself out of that life and put yourself to the grind mode. You can even start cleaning your messy untidy room a little, where your football jersey is still lying on that
